70 years ago, in a small kitchen, Maew created her own curry paste

hand-pounding sun-dried chilies, shallots, garlic, and local herbs with care and heart.

What began as a humble street curry became a family legacy, passed down through generations.

Today, at As Good Restaurant on Phi Phi Island, we still make our curry pastes by hand fresh every day,
